At this time Jemche Boutique will only be shipping within the United States. Please allow 2-4 business days after the date of purchase. Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES or Military Addresses.
Since a signature is not needed upon delivery, you will be held entirely liable if your package is misplaced, stolen, or disappears. There will be no reimbursement. Please reach out to the postal carrier with questions and concerns for missing, stolen and lost packages.

30 DAY RETURN WINDOW
Begin your return by filling out our contact form, or by sending us an email at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date. We advise that you state your reason for return. Shipping and handling are not included. To return your product, they should be securely packaged, and shipped back to us at the following address. Shipping must be paid by the purchaser.

ITEM CONDITION:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- They are unworn.
- They are unwashed.
- They have all original tags attached.
- No makeup, lipstick, or perfume on items.
- Invoice must be included.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All sale items are final. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on store credit items.
Items that never qualify for a return:
- Accessories – Belts, Earrings, Bracelets, Rings, Hats, and Scarves.
If any FINAL SALE items is sent back, no store credit will be issued.
Once items has arrived, and have been inspected, and has met the requirements, you will be notified by email concerning your store credit. Your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
